Meliá Castilla carries out a corporate technology project within the Meliá Hotels International group

The Meliá Castilla Hotel is one of the largest and most emblematic establishments in the city of Madrid, with its more than 900 rooms and 7.000 m2 of meeting space it becomes one of the flagships of Meliá Hotels International in the capital of Spain.

During the months of November and December, the hotel team, the Meliá regional operations team and Mastel consultants have worked together to unify the hotel and hotel chain configurations.

The project has been developed with the utmost precautions and dedication because the hotel was in production and it has not been possible to make stops of the computer systems to adapt the corporate configurations. Even so, the consulting work has been done positively and the hotel began its journey in 2017 with a new operational configuration within the umbrella of the prestigious hotel group.

In the coming months, processes and operational tasks will be adapted to make the Meliá Castilla a much more attractive and accessible establishment for all Meliá Hotels International customers.

Mastel Group collaborates with Meliá Hotels International in the development of technological consultancy work with the purpose of debugging and improving work processes, as well as putting in place new technological initiatives that allow the group to be at the forefront of operational and sales techniques at the national or international level.
