Since March 2022, the Mastel Hospitality team has been working with Atlantis Dubai providing project management consulting services to the iconic entertainment destination Atlantis, The Palm and Atlantis The Royal.
Part of this project is the opening of a new property in Q4, 2022. The new property, Atlantis The Royal will annex 795 hotel rooms and 231 exclusive residences to the existing Atlantis, The Palm which already features 1,544 rooms, more than 35 restaurants, bars, one of the world’s largest waterparks, and offers multiple experiences to its guests.
The Mastel Hospitality consulting team is providing project management services and its extensive knowledge and experience in the Oracle Hospitality Market, to better support technological solutions. Some of the project’s tasks include:
- Analysing the current processes of each department that utilises Opera or Simphony.
- Auditing current Oracle Hospitality systems configuration, opera, and symphony, to ensure correct implementation.
It is critical that such a massive operation, has processes in place that ensure the high expectations of its customers are met. Technology is key to implementing such processes and procedures.
To ensure success, Mastel Hospitality has assigned a senior consultant with extensive knowledge of not only the industry, but also the Oracle Hospitality suite of products such as Opera 5 and Simphony POS. The senior consultant works hand in hand with the Atlantis, The Palm team.
Due to their complexity, most project tasks are carried out on-site maximizing communications and speed. The project is expected to be completed in Q4 of 2022.
About Atlantis, The Palm
