Rafael Godoy has over 30 years of experience in the Hospitality Industry. He started his career at Hotel Villa Magna and Hyatt, before moving on to Paris Charles de Gaulle and then into the world of hotel technology with Micros Fidelio.
In 2006, Rafael co-founded Mastel with Anibal. His objective with Mastel has always been to offer consultancy services that enable clients to optimize the use of their technology systems, manage their information more efficiently, and integrate different market solutions or custom solutions. Currently, he is responsible for the company’s expansion both nationally and internationally.
Anibal Merlo has an impressive 28 years of experience in the Hospitality Industry. He began his career at Novotel Argentina and later worked at Ski Resort Valle de Las Leñas. After that, Anibal obtained his certification in the USA with Fidelio, which led him to become the Opera Product Manager in Micros Fidelio Spain after some years.
As a CEO, Anibal’s objectives at Mastel are centered around providing consultancy services that make a tangible difference in terms of work efficiency, operations, and organization.
Blanca García de Vega has over 25 years of experience in the financial field, working with companies across various sectors such as retail, franchises, renting, and hospitality, holding positions of responsibility, including Account Manager and Financial Controller.
At Mastel, Blanca leads the Financial and Human Resources Department, overseeing all aspects related to finance and the management of human capital. Her main objective is to establish strong foundations that will prepare the company for the exponential growth it is currently experiencing and for the growth yet to come.
Cristina has a total of 23 years of experience in consulting, with 20 years in Business Intelligence (BI) and 15 years in the Hospitality Industry.
As Head of the Department at Mastel, Cristina’s main objective is to provide clients with value-added solutions that include data analysis (Business Intelligence) and integrations.
Cristina is dedicated to staying up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the industry, driving innovation and excellence in her division and ensuring that Mastel remains at the forefront of the Hospitality Industry.
Agustín Medina has worked in various roles during his extensive experience in the Hospitality Industry, including IT departments in American’s fast-food chain Wendy’s and Micros Fidelio. He has also worked as IT/Revenue Manager at Hilton Toledo and the Shahdag Mountain hotel complex in Azerbaijan. Since 2015, Agustín has been a part of the Mastel team.
As Director of Consulting, Agustín values meaningful conversations and strives to assist clients in optimizing their use of information technology for efficient hotel and restaurant management.
With 28 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Lorena Caballero has worked in several Hospitality Industry companies like Hyatt Hotels and Fidelio before joining Mastel.
Throughout her career, she has gained a wealth of experience and expertise in the industry, focusing in different areas like leads/quotations, hotels software and consultancy.
Currently, Lorena serves as Director of Operations at Mastel overseeing a team of 40 people covering different areas, including Opera and Simphony consultancies and installations, among others.
With more than 20 years of Hospitality and Tourism experience and 12 years of Hospitality Technology Sales, Roman Horwarth previously served as Director of Sales & Marketing for Concept Software Systems focusing on Global Sales and building and managing the Sales & Marketing Team.
His extensive knowledge of the Hospitality IT Sector and his strong professional network will enable Mastel to expand its reach and grow its Global Customer base. Roman will also focus on building a strong Partner Network for the Sale and Support of Mastel Hospitality’s Business Intelligence Platform Hotel Dashboard.
Beatriz Pérez has been in the hospitality industry for 17 years. Throughout her career, she has held various management positions in hotels across different departments, including sales, F&B, and MICE.
As a Project Manager at Mastel, Beatriz is committed to continuously improving project management processes and methodologies to drive better outcomes and client satisfaction. She is responsible for overseeing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed within the defined scope, timeline, and meeting customer expectations.
