A new module we have just released for Concept Online Golf is Starter Management. Starter Management allows you to control your starts using any mobile device, giving you the information and functions to achieve the best pace of play.
The Starter Management application offers you a set of search filters that help you find a clients booking in no time.
The Golf Starter Management solution comes with a set of features and functions developed to optimise Golf Operations. These functions include:
- Difference bookings status by colours: Red (Reserved bookings which tee-times has already passed), Green (Checked-in bookings), Orange (Reserved bookings which tee-times are very next) and yellow (Reserved bookings which tee-times are yet to come)
- Filter bookings by Status (checked-in, reserved, all) / Course / Date / Booking ID (found in Concept) and Name
- Input information about each flight’s crossing and finishing time, as well as adding notes to their bookings
- Save the information about each day’s pin position and cart path only (or not), which will avoid common mistakes when doing the day rules speech to customers
- See extras contracted on each booking (buggy, clubs, trolleys, etc)
