The Grau Roig Boutique Hotel is situated on the captivating slopes of Grau Roig region, one of the most exclusive areas in Andorra’s mountains. Located only ten meters from the Grandvalira Ski lifts, if offers quick access for avid skiers. The 42 rooms are decorated with materials naturally native to the Andorra mountains such as wood, iron and leather. Offering comfort and luxury in a traditional design.
The astonishing resort is managed and directed by its owner, Mrs. Dunia Sans. Dunia understands the importance of technology in the hospitality space and Opera Cloud allows Dunia and her team to focus on her clients instead of dealing with complex Information Technology and servers. Since Hotel Grau Roig has been working with Mastel Hospitality’s consultancy department in the past, she knows she is in the right hands to ensure a successful launch for Opera Cloud.
As a next step, the Mastel Hospitality consultancy team worked closely with the Grau Roig team to plan the implementation of Opera cloud. By carefully planning, rollout obstacles and challenges can significantly be reduced. This also helps improving processes while optimising workflows to reduce manual tasks and improve client experiences. Since the implementation, Grau Roig has successfully migrated to Opera Cloud and improved many parts of their operation while reducing their overall cost of IT.
